Broccoli Casserole Recipe II
Ingredients:
32 oz of broccoli (frozen); chopped
1 pc of onion (medium); chopped
Salt (seasoned)
1/4 c of butter (or margarine); melted
3/4 c of mayonnaise
1 can of condensed soup (cream of mushroom)
2 pcs of eggs (large)
2 c of shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 c of crackers (Ritz); crushed
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Cook the broccoli as stated in its package instructions. Drain them well and sprinkle salt.
Combine seasoned broccoli, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and soup; blend them thoroughly. Transfer on a greased 13×9x2 inch baking pan and sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Drizzle butter onto the crumbs.
Bake inside preheated oven, about half an hour.
