Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of mayonnaise
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1 canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1 pkg of broccoli florets (frozen); thawed
1 lb of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1-2 envelopes of crackers (Ritz); crushed
Instructions:
Combine mayonnaise, soup, and eggs; mix them thoroughly. Add cheese and broccoli; mix them well. Place on a baking dish then cover crackers. Bake (350 degrees F) for 30-45 mins, loosely covered with foil.
