Breaded Pork Chops en Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of pork chops (thick)
Breadcrumbs (dry)
Salt (or garlic salt)
Pepper (black)
Paprika
Seasoning (poultry)
2 pcs of tomatoes (regular); cut crosswise into half
or
4 pcs of tomatoes (Roma); cut lengthwise into half
4 pcs of pear halves (fresh or canned)
Parsley (preferably Italian)
Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Combine breadcrumbs and preferred seasonings then coat onto the chops. Arrange them on a baking glass dish, in one layer.
Place pears and tomatoes around the chops. Carefully sprinkle the salt with very many parsley onto tomatoes then fill mayonnaise onto the pears.
Bake inside preheated oven, uncovered, for 40 mins.
