Beefy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of beef (ground)
1 c of onion; chopped
20 oz of canned soup (cream of chicken-mushroom)
or
10 oz of canned soup (cream of chicken)
& 10 oz of soup (cream of mushroom)
16 oz of Tater Tots (frozen)
1-1.5 c of sour cream (dairy)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Brown the beef on the skillet with the onion; stir constantly to crumble meat then drain. Combine (sour) cream with soup; mix with the mixture of beef then transfer on a casserole. Top mixture with the Tater Tots.

Place inside the oven and bake for half an hour, 350 degrees F till golden and bubbly.
