Beef Stew Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lbs of beef (stew); cubed to bite-sizes
1-1/2 c of carrots; sliced thickly
2 pcs of onions; chopped coarsely
1 c of celery; chopped
1 tsp of pepper (black)
1 can of condensed soup (cream of mushroom)
1 c of wine (Burgundy)
1 pc of bay leaf (dried); crumbled finely
1/2 c of water
2 tsps of salt
4-6 pcs of potatoes (2 lbs); peeled then cubed

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (250 degrees F). Combine beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and celery inside a 4-qt baking casserole. Combine soup, water, wine, and (bay) leaf; stir thoroughly and pour onto the vegetable/beef mixture and cover.

Bake inside preheated oven for five hrs.
