Beef and Noodle Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
6 oz of noodles (Ramen)
12 oz of beef steak (top, round)
2 tsps of (vegetable oil)
1/8 or 1/4 tsp of cayenne
1 tsp of bottled garlic (minced)
1 c of broth (beef, add more if preferred)
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 c of carrots; shredded
2 pcs of onions (green); sliced
Instructions:
Cook the noodles as stated in its package instructions, but don’t use their flavor sachets; drain well. Cut the beef into bite size strips, making the cut across its grain. Heat the oil above moderately high heat; add garlic and beef then cook for 2 to 3 mins till cooked through.
Push the beef to the side of the pan then add soy and broth; let it boil then reduce the heat and stir the meat onto the broth mixture. Cook for another 2 mins, while stirring constantly. Add the onion, carrots, and noodles; toss till combined well. Serve at once.
