Baked Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
8 cooked small potatoes; peeled & diced
1 c of mayonnaise
Pepper
Salt
1 lb of cheese (American); cut into strips
1/2 c of onions; chopped
1/2 lb of bacon; fried & chopped
Instructions:
Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onions. Season w/ pepper & salt. Transfer into 9×13-inch bake pan. Then top it w/ bacon. Have it baked for 60 mins at three hundred twentty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
