Baked Pork Chops and Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
4 porkchops
1/2 c of onion; chopped
1 tsp of sugar (granulated)
1/2 tsp of marjoram
8 strips of green bellpepper
1 pack of noodles (8 oz)
2 cans of tomatoes (16 oz)
2 tsps of salt
1/8 tsp of pepper
1 bayleaf
4 thin slices of onion
Instructions:
Trim off extra fats from porkchops. Cook ’til evenly browned then drain them on paper towels. Combine tomatoes, onions, salt, sugar, pepper, marjoram and bayleaf. Place the dried noodles into 2-qt bake dish then pour the tomato mix all over dish.
Arrange porkchops on the top then individually garnish w/ a slice of onion & a strip of green bellpepper. Have it baked, covered for an hour at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
Uncover then bake for 10 mins more ’til chops become tender.
