Baked Chile Cheese Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of frozen corn-kernels; thawed & drained
8 oz of creamcheese kept at room-temp
2 tsps of powdered chile
1c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 can of diced chiles (green)
2 tsps of cumin
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 1 & 1/2-qt bake dish. Combine all of the ingredients together in mixing bowl ’til combined well.
Transfer the mixture into greased dish then bake it ’til bubbly, approximately 30 mins.
