Baked Chicken Salad Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of cooked chicken; cut-up
1/2 tsp of salt
1 & 1/2 c of chopped celery
1 & 1/2 tsps of mustard
Dressing (French-style)
1 & 1/2 c of sourcream
1 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/3 c of almonds; silvered
1 c of crushed chips (potato)
Instructions:
Have the chicken marinated in dressing & celery for about an hour. You combine the meat, 1/2 c of cheese, almonds & celery.
You blend the mustard, sourcream & salt. You pour this all over meat then toss well to have it blended. Transfer into bake dish.
You combine the chips, rest of cheese then pour over the chicken mix. Have it baked for about 30 mins at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit.
