Aztec Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 chopped onion (small)
2 small cans of tomato-sauce
1 cube of bouillon (beef)
A pinch of marjoram
A pinch of oregano
24 flour tortillas
1 qt of sourcream
1 garlic clove; chopped
1 c water
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin
2 bayleaves
3 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
Salsa
Instructions:
Fry the garlic and onions in heated oil. You add the water, bouillon and tomato-sauce, let it simmer.
You fry the tortillas then dip them in tomato-sauce mixture. Arrange layers neatly in prepared casserole following this order: salsa then cheese & then sourcream. Repeat as necessary.
Have it baked for 30 mins at three hundred fifty degree Fahrenheit.
