Asparagus Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
A can spears of asparagus
1/4 c of margarine plus 3 Tbsps
Crumbled crackers
2 eggs; boiled
1 c of processed cheese
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
1 & 1/2 c of milk
3 Tbsps flour
Instructions:
In medium casserole, you layer one-half of the asparagus then pour over one-half of cream-of-mushroom soup.
Slice and egg then place it over soup. Dot w/ margarine & top w/ cheese. You pour one-half of the white-sauce over. Perform the same order in making more layers, ending w/ crumbs.
Have it baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit ’til browned and bubbly. For the white-sacue: You combine together 3 Tbsps margarine, flour and milk. Blend well.
