Asparagus Casserole Recipe II
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter
2 Tbsps juice of asparagus
1/2 c of grated Cheddar cheese
2 small cans of asparagus
Pepper
Salt
2 Tbsps of flour
1 c of whipped cream
1 can of mushrooms (small)
Crumbled crackers (Ritz)
Instructions:
Melt the butter well in small saucepan. You add the flour gradually then stir constantly. You add the juice of asparagus ’til you create a thickened paste.
Then add the cream and constantly stir ’til thick. Season w/ pepper & salt then top w/ cheese, stirring ’til dissolved. You add the mushrooms in.
Line bottom-part of a casserole w/ a can asparagus then cover it w/ sauce. Then add remaining asparagus & then the crumbs.
Have it baked for about 20 mins at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
