Asparagus-Almond Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Tbsps of butter
1 tsp of salt
2 c of milk
1 & 1/2 c of cheese; grated
Crumbled crackers
4 Tbsps of flour
1/4 tsp of pepper
2 cans of asparagus (medium)
1/2 c of almonds; silvered
Instructions:
Have the butter melted then add the pepper, salt & flour ’til blended then add the milk. Arrange layers of asparagus, one-half cheese, one-half almonds & one-half sauce.
Perform the same procedure for another layer. Sprinkle w/ crumbs then dot w/ butter. Have it baked for 20-25 mins at three hundred seventy five degrees Fahrenheit.
