Artichoke Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove; minced
2 Tbsps of parsley
1 Tbsp of flour
1 can of cut-up artichoke heart (13 & 1/4 oz)
1/2 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/4 c of scallions; chopped
1/4 c of oil (olive)
3/4 c of milk
1/2 c of shredded sharp cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Saute the parsley, garlic and onions in heated oil. You add the flour then stir milk in gradually.
Fold the artichokes in. Transfer into 2-qts casserole then have it covered w/ cheese. Then have it baked for about 15 mins at three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
